I have been running in old, very old, moving comfort bras because I never thought I would find a new running bra that keeps the girls from moving like my old bras do. My old bras hooks were actually rusting so I had to find replacements. This bra is a little updated with slightly thicker material (still no cup padding), and this one has a metal piece that holds the strap instead of the little hole. Otherwise it is the same! Yes there is compression and it is tight just like it should be. I'm 36DD and ordered that size. I refuse to run in "cute" bras that allow bouncing. I only wear these bras when I'm running. I have another one in my cart. Simply awesome!Ordered another one after testing it out on my morning run today.I love this bra. I’ve used it twice now so I can’t speak to how it holds up over time, but I am super happy so far. I actually just ordered a second one and will probably buy more over time. I had a reduction last October (yay me!) so size is not a problem anymore (thank God) however I realized that I was still…jostled around more than I was comfortable with. I had heard of the much more expensive model but decided to try this one after reading the reviews and am so glad that I went for it. It holds me in place perfectly, but I don’t feel smushed or constricted. I mean, there is a bit of movement, but I don’t feel discomfort at all. I’m able to run without feeling like I have to brace myself with my forearm, and the bra feels to be of really good quality. I was worried about the Velcro not being sturdy, but it is heavy duty. I definitely recommend this bra.For a while now I’ve been looking for the perfect bras for me because all my other ones were either were too big or too small and imma be honest I had no idea that high impact bras existed so when I found this and I saw all the different components that it had I thought it would be perfect and when I ordered it and it came I was not disappointed (especially since I bought 4 at the same time).Running can really hurt when you have large, natural breasts. These bras (I own 7 of them now!) are the ultimate work-horse and do not make me look or feel like I have uniboob or smashed stacks of pancakes! And best of all... they are SO reasonably priced!! (I can't tell you any other time in my life where I spent <$30 for a bra and was still wearing it years later - to run in!!)I've been wearing these bras for about five years now. I wear these to trail run, lift, hike, do chores, tackle errands, work, and everything in between. I'm very active and need to know wardrobe malfunctions will not happen. I like to wear the straps U-back for low impact and X-back for high impact.If you are looking for a bra that will hold its shape AND hold you in, this is it! The band and straps are STURDY and will last a long time. The adjustable Velcro is fantastic (and still works after hundreds of washes). There is little 'give' in the band and while the cups are soft and comfortable, they don't expand much either. I suggest going up one band size and one cup size for optimal fit, with options to cinch the girls down when you want to!PRO: Great support for working out. If you have a heavy bust and have searched high & low for bra that’s comfortable, adjustable and support, look no further you have found it.CON: Not flattering, but you can’t have it all. Uniboob, is what you will see.I was sad not to find the Moving Comfort Fiona Bra, but this is a great replacement! The sizing was right on for me. I was afraid since there were only three snaps in back, and metal where the adjustable steps were, but this bra acted the same as Fiona bras. The material is a little itchy to start, but after washing, feels fine. I used for running, CrossFit, and cycling in the last week. Will be ordering more!I love this design, however, when I tighten the hook/loop straps for the support I want, the back strap becomes too high for me to unclip and reclip. You can see your nipples poke out too- not something I want. So I'll use it when I'm at home. Still love the bra overall though.Super comfy and feel well supported. I got 36 DD. Have found many sports bras not that comfy or supportive. This one is great and you can choose how much support you want with the velcro straps.I’ve got in the habit of wearing comfortable stretchy bras. You know the ones I mean the pull on type. The problem is these offer very little support and I just felt at times I needed more.I decided a comfortable stretchy sports bra would be my best shot. After a long search around Amazon I settled on this one.It gives a tight firm fit and holds the girls down nicely. It won’t be to everyone’s taste since it is unyielding. But I’ve worn this for full days and found it a nice change. The thick straps come with Velcro adjustment. This means you can easily adjust the strap length to whatever you want and you can do it from the front. So no more awkward twisting. Although if you’re getting this as a workout bra then maybe the bra adjustment and twisting are part of your warmup :))The colour was spot on, just like in the picture adverting this sports bra. When I came to trying it on, no problems there. It is maybe a tad tighter than I'd like but it's no big deal. I'd buy another. I like the extra support I feel it gives being that tad tighter anyway. In general I'm happy with my purchase. Thumbs up from me.I purchased sports bras for comfort during lockdown. This is the best of all I tried. Actually supports the ladies. Adjustable for the right fit and comfort. I didn't expect the straps to be good but the velcro is strong and stays in place. The support is so good I will not be going back to bra's. They are well made and a great fit so get your correct sizeCup size was fine, good coverage for my 38DD bust, but back band was far too narrow resulting in huge overspill! Returnedas described on the site and great firm hold. Great straps easily adjusted at the front. Well made and good quality. Comfortable to wear.
