more or less true to size. the heel is high so need some time to get used. it really looks great and it is fun with 4 different kinds of ankle straps to switch around.the ankle strap with chains in front is not so practical cuz the ends of the chain can easily break open. the one with 2 locks is fix-sized so i hope your ankle is not too thin or too thick. some of the ankle straps can take a long time to put on so be wareoverall looks really sexy and feels great with minor inconveniencesLet's be real here, you are not gonna be walking around much in these heels. These are mainly for "fun" use, where you probably won't be standing for long. That said, due to the pointy toe and close toe box and plus all that weight pushing the ball of your foot forward from the extremely high heels, these are much tighter than other pleaser shoes that I own for photoshoots.The good things about these is that they are super versatile. You can remove the ankle strap and tuck it and wear it like a normal pump, or you can put one of the many straps to go whatever style that goes with your outfit. If you need a pair of kinky shoes, these can't be beaten. I owned mine for 2 years now, and spent probably close of hundred hours in them for various photoshoots, and they still look like new!
