I actually bought this to sleep in but you could definitely use it to workout in. It provides good support. I am 5’4 115 32D & small fit perfect. It’s a little shorter than a regular crop but longer than a sports bra. I would but again.Very pretty cropped sports bra. The material is smooth and cool against the skin, and has a nice, clean, constructed look. Fit is true to size and color is as pictured. Comfortable, especially around the straps, which do not bite or slip, but rather lay flatly and firmly against the skin. Despite being intended for fitness, the top could easily be used as part of your daily ensemble.
