I would suggest folks order at least a size up. I found the under-breast band too snug making it uncomfortable to wear in my rib area (I have Fibromyalgia) and difficult to get on and off. Amazon was great with my return and re-order.I find two-sizes up to be the comfortable fit. Enough support for some modesty but without the misery of a regular bra. The upper portion is flexible enough to accommodate DD and possibly larger. The material is soft, breathable and wicked sweat well (I couldn't feel the underboob sweat.) The under-breast band did not roll and, even better, it didn't ride up. I will be ordering a couple more.
