I am a 38 C or D depending on the style and I at first ordered the Large but I couldn't even get one on so I returned and reordered the XL. I think for this item women who are between sizes should order the larger size. I have quite wide shoulders so I think that is why I had trouble getting them on. The XL was easier to get on and once it was on it felt soft and comfortable. It feels very breathable with the mesh back. The band fits well and the cups are perfect after removing the pads, which I do with all my bras. The support is medium and I think this is good for everyday activities and yoga, not enough for jogging or high impact bouncy sports. They are really cute too!
